Original 1902 Duesenberg Motorcycle
Before earning legendary status in Indy car racing and creating the mighty Duesenberg® Model J in 1928, Fred Duesenberg created a motorcycle in 1902 that featured a unique rotary valve. Only one was produced before his attention turned to the new automotive industry. The Duesenberg Torpedo® motorcycle is now being designed and built by renowned motorcycle designer and builder Tim Edmondson, at Edmondson Custom Built (timedmondson.com) founder and former head designer of American Ironhorse, incorporating the new generation V twin engine from S & S Cycle with sleek new classic styling. The new Duesenberg Torpedo will be worth the wait - introduction extended to early 2008, please check back for more information later this year..
